Android Question B4A stuck on Splash Screen

Good day
I went to launch b4A noting that it has now been 10 years since my first app but it got stuck on the splash screen. I downloaded the latest with the same results. Does any one have any insight? I am running on the sames windows 10 box as I was last year.

As always any help is most appreciated

Uninstall B4A. Make sure that all files in the installation folder were deleted and install the latest version.

If it doesn't work then worth looking in:
1. Windows Event Views. Under applications.
2. IDE logs: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/posts/50478/

Dissappear the B4A logo and you get the ide with a blank screen?
If it's your case, the new versions doesn't open a default project, you have to go to file menu and choose "New".

I uninstalled and did a reboot. I then re-installed but no change. I then ran b4a.exe - log . I of course have no idea what the log entries mean. Help anyone?

Thanks for your help. The problem resolved itself. Although I am pleased by this , as a coder with 50+ years, why it happened at all would be a nice answer for another day.

you get the ide with a blank screen?
