This update adds support for the new online libraries index: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4x-libraries-index.127418

Latest version of each library is displayed in the libraries tab. Clicking on the version will take you to the library thread.
New %PROJECT_NAME% file variable for comment links and custom build actions.
Updated internal libraries: XUI Views and B4XPages.
Bug fixes including a fix to a debug issue where process global variables in code modules, packed as b4xlibs, weren't initialized properly.

Just install the new version over the previous one. You can also keep both versions by installing in a different folder.

It happens automatically during installation.

If you mean this one then either you don't have a default browser set or it is not available.

old win10 machine I would have thought it was set
If I double click on a HTML file in file explorer it opens in Chrome

Not sure how to fix this

Done on Win7; I get:

"Cambia paese" (Change country). I clicked, chose Alaska but I'm still here ?
