I missed a few updates and would like to make use of inline java. My dev box is 32 bit and I'm unsure of when 32bit B4A was discontinued.
Is there a link for 32bit ver 4.30? I sent an email to support but the response said to post here. Thanks.

Thanks. I'll try it out. I do not write apps for the general public. My dev box hardware was assembled about 20 yrs ago and is still running very well. I see no reason to discard a perfectly good running machine. :)

Try an older version.

11.50 will not work.

I used B4A 7.80 on 32bit Athlon XP 2600 with Windows XP (Service pack 3) single processor and 1GB of ram, this is the latest version that work on 32bit machines, newer versions just will not work.
I used it until last week, now I got a new PC x64 because I need the latest releases as I have to prepare my apps to be published on Google Play Store.

It should work on your machine but you are limited.

But as @DonManfred said:
Using an old version of B4A is a waste of time. Your apps will fail on new devices.

Latest B4A 11.80 will work even on a 100-150 EUR x64 Celeron machine and you are not limited.

Good luck.

Yes @agraham, thanks for clarification,
for this I specified 'Windows XP" ;)

Because 'Not a valid win32 application' when executing is more familiar to me I supposed that do not have Windows 7.

20 years ago Win7 had not yet been released.

My goal was to help.

@cbal03 you need to specify what operating system you use, if you use WinXP, B4A 7.80 will work, I used it on my old machine without problems apart limitations.
As I said I used it until last week, now I got a new PC.

I kept copies over time for several versions. One of them is 4.30. If you insist to use it, then here is a link to download it from my Dropbox.
You are also a collector :D

Here is my B4J collection. Even though I did not start active development with B4j until couple of years ago, I have always followed the forum, downloading some versions (Am sure some versions are missing from it)

Thanks for all the attention. The reason I asked about B4A 4.3 is because i have built a tool that may not be able to compile if i jump too far ahead in IDE revisions. I'd like to make use of inline java and 4.3 is the earliest that supports it.
I can try 7.8 if anyone knows where to download from. I looked for a link to a 32bit version of B4A in this thread but failed to find one.

i've left 7.80 here: i'll leave it up for a couple days. it's b4a.exe, but i renamed it b4a.dat in case morality police don't want .exe downloads. just rename it back to .exe.
i don't have the old sdk, so you may not get too far...

Thanks drgottjr. I really appreciate the effort. v7.80 says license file is the wrong version.
Nevermind. This will be a limitation I'll have to live with.

This happen to me too just sometimes, not when I start B4A but sometime when I write code.
When this happen the only solution I found is to close B4A and start it again, the problem is that is not possible save the project so it mantain last saved discharging last modification if I not saved manually.

But this happen very very rarely, like I seen it 10 times in 3 years.

This on my old development system with Windows XP and B4X 7.80.
