I read that the B4i 8.50 Bata supports 'Support for Swift frameworks.'

Does that mean we will soon finally be able to develop apps for the Apple Watch and do Widgets for iOS in B4i ?

I'm afraid no. It is a different feature. But also an important one as we are seeing more and more Swift SDKs.
