Android Question B4i kvs implementation

Hi guys,
I am implementing KeyValueStore to B4i app.

Everything seems fine, all necessary libraries added.
but when I run the app.

Geting error:


in Application_Start:

some permission issue ? on file creation ? already tried different directories but still the same
