iOS Question B4I:Problem with build version

Dear all,
i have a question about publish app to apple store: i arrive in the last step TOOLS->BUILD SERVER->UPLOAD APP TO ITUNES CONNECT,and it shows UPLOAD SUCCESS,then i go to APP STORE CONNECT to create my app, but i can't find build version in this page(like screenshoot).So i retry to upload and it tells me "YOU'VE ALREADY UPLOADED A BUILD WITH BUILD NUMBER..." ,Maybe i miss some steps？I have checked also the bundle ID and package name and they correspond.
Please can someone help me???
