Bug? B4J 9.30: Debugger crash on first run only

Only at the first start of one of my apps (B4J fresh loaded) I get the exception below. From the 2nd run (without restarting) everything works. Seems like the debugger can't connect (nothing wild)

Does it happen on Windows? Which version of Java?

WIN10 64 Bit and Java 11. Occurs only on first start when "Run" is clicked. Doesn't happen with "Restart". Project is "big". Smaller projects are ok.

I also experience the same on Windows 10 and 11 with Java 11.

I've started to get the same error too occasionally. On windows 10 with Java 11 with a relatively big project.
