Wish B4J and B4A using the same version numbers

Hi Erel,

I think it would make sense to skip a few versions in B4J so that its versioning is in par with B4A.

As far as I can tell you implement the same functionality in B4 and B4J at the same time (currently B4A 3.8 and B4J 2.20 - both released today).
