I ran my sites on localhost.
How can i use on host(like http://basic4ppc.com:51042/)?
i ran on localhost and read all threads but i can't understand.
please guidance me to how run on server and which server(linux,windows,...)

You can either use your server ip address or if you have a properly configured domain name then you can use the domain.
