B4J Question B4J (Desktop) Windows only?

Isn't there a Linux / Raspberry Desktop version?

And could you provide a download that does not need Windows Administrator rights to install?

Ideally a .jar without JRE. As I understand, B4J is a Java application, isn't it?

B4J IDE is a Windows Net Framework application, so it really does need Windows to run. The apps it produces are Java applications that can run on Linux.
