B4J Question B4J image brightness/contrsat change

Of course it isn't work in B4J with direct copypast. As minimum - import android.graphics.*; does not make sence at Windows.
Please, is it possible with simple changes to adopt this exmple to B4J?

Thanks Erel! Of course, I am aware of the B4XBitmapEffects library and am already using it. But there is no image contrast option in it. There are brightness, saturation, hue and more, but no contrast. Actually, this was the reason for opening the topic.
