B4J Question B4J not loading .fxml files

had to reload computer after a crash, now not loading .fxml scenebuilder layout to edit. what did i miss?

Did you reinstall the Scenebuilder program?

no did not, i was looking for it but could not find it, where would it be.

Looks like it may be here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/sb2download-2177776.html, halfway through the last paragraph. There may be a newer version, but I can't find it quickly.
