B4J or B4A?

I have a old Lenovo laptop using Win 10 pro, a Galaxy Tab S5e, and several android phones. I need to update a app in vb6 loading a CSV bank file. Will it be easer to do it in B4j or B4A? My background in in Desktop Apps but it seams that mobile apps are more popular. My desire is to end up with copies for tablet, android phone and ios phone.

If you’re planning a multi platform app, start with B4J, and subsequent ports will be easier and less dependant to platform specific code that may creep in if you start with B4A or B4i

Hi, go for B4J, I developed for year in VB6, but in B4j you will get same functionality, several platforms and modern webservices functions.

It is easier in B4J because you don't need to connect to another device.
