B4J Question B4J Server & HW choice

Hi all,
Starting from a software configuration as explained in the @Erel tutorial "Data Collection Solution":

In a scenario with about 5.000 users (App's users) that can connect to the back-end (internet) to store a registration (form filled with text fields) how I can evaluate which HW server I need in order to provide good performance (and reliability) for the users ?
