I have a problem with B4J 5.50:

For a = 0 To 100
log(a)
Next

Error:
a is not a valid identifier.

I'm unable to reproduce it. Can you upload the project?

Same error here, other letters works perfectly fine (I tried about 10 other letters @Erel, not the whole alphabet).

B4J version: 5.50 BETA #1

It was an issue related to obfuscation. It is fixed in beta #2 (www.b4x.com/b4j/files/beta.exe).
