Bug? B4J9.8+java14 build package can't contain Chinese paths?

java11 is ok,but java14 error.
the run_debug.bat says：java.exe @release_java_modules.txt -m b4j/b4j.example.main Error occurred during initialization of VM Failed setting boot class path.
all my pakages download from https://www.b4x.com/b4j.html.

example chinese path: 中文路径

B4JPackager11 Version 1.40

and debug mode,relesae mode is ok,but build pakage.

The Chinese above is an example string, and I wrote it out to make it easier for you to test the program.
What I mean is that the b4j program cannot run on the Chinese path after building a standalone package. Like this screenshot.
