B4J Question B4jpackger and Jjasperreport library

I know that B4JPackger 1.5 is an outdated way to generate the application installation file, but I use the jjaspereport library to create PDF documents and it only works with java 8. So I am forced to use B4JPackager.

I run the application in Release mode and it works correctly, generating PDF documents, but when I install the application with the file generated by B4JPackager it does not generate the PDF.

The rest of the application's utilities work correctly.

Can anyone help me?

All that I can say is that it will be difficult to get this working as a packaged app. The JasperReport SDK has many non-standard dependencies and isn't built for being packaged like this.

Never use old versions of B4X.

There are other ways to create reports. For example you can use XLUtils to create Excel reports.
