with the new version 5.50, debugging in the following error because the process starter. By 5:20 I had no errors.
It may depend on what?

EOF exception means: End Of File. I think to a corrupted file.

Were you previously using the legacy debugger or the rapid debugger? The legacy debugger is still available under Tools - IDE Options.
