I'm sure Erel and the B4X community would hate even the thought of it, but if Microsoft did purchase B4X tomorrow, I think it would fly. Unless you are using Visual Studio continuously, it is a nightmare to pick up and knock-out a quick VB.Net (or C#) app. And trying to do anything cross-platform (i.e. Apple) .. .well, basically I gave up at the first step! I think B4X would sit very nicely alongside Visual Studio, perhaps using VS Code as the IDE, targeting the hobbyist until it has the user base to enter the professional field.I think it all depends on the name of the creator or seller of the product.
Imagine for a moment if Microsoft had created or sold B4X (B4A, B4J, etc.)
It would have killed every other competing product !!!
