Good evening everyone,

I am mentioning everyone but I suppose I will have to address directly @Vader. I upgraded my laptop and I had to reinstall windows. I made a mistake though and I installed .NET Framework 4.8 directly and I cannot go back to a previous version. What I want to do is install B4X Object Browser but it requires .NET framework 3.5 which is compatible only until .NET Framework 4. So @Vader since the computers are progressing and since... I desperately need to avoid formatting and reinstalling all the staff I have installed is it possible to create a release and installation with .net 4.8 or a backwards compatible with it version?

Thanks in advance

Hold on a minute.... In Windows 10 .NET 3.5 (incl 2.0 and 3.0) is a Windows 'Feature' , not an install.

Goto: Start->Settings-> Apps

On the right click 'Programs and Features'.

On the left click 'Turn Windows features on and off'

.Net Framework 3.5 should be there at the top.

Additional Info. Finding exactly which .Net versions you have is a bit of a drag.

There's a Command Line utility that lists all .Net versions installed: https://github.com/jmalarcon/DotNetVersions/releases/tag/v1.0.0

B4X:
D:\>DotNetVersions.exe -b
Currently installed "classic" .NET Versions in the system:
2.0.50727.4927 Service Pack 2
3.0.30729.4926 Service Pack 2
3.5.30729.4926 Service Pack 1
4.0.0.0
4.8.04084

Thank you all, I 've managed to install .NET 3.5. Here is the procedure:

1) You press the windows key + R to run "appwiz.cpl"
2) You type it and you run it
3) Select add/remove windows components
4) You click on .NET Framework 3.5 as described above.

So sorry for the late reply. I've had a lot of things on my plate this year. I'm now going to refocus on the Browser.
