Wish B4XDBUtils - a property to set: do not log

Once set, no log lines will be written. You should be able to reset it to "on" when you need/want.

This is very strange:

I don't have any other B4XDBUtils there (neither in the Internal folder nor anywhere else). Yet in the manifest there is Version=2.10

I would have preferred a public boolean variable. This way you could turn off logging at one point in your project and turn it back on at another.
