Android Question B4Xpages, B4Xdialog does not always appear?

Hi,
In a B4A B4Xpages app, I have a page with xCLV on it; if I don`t add any panels to the xCLV the B4XDialog appears as expected. But when I add a new panel into th xCLV the B4XDialog no longer appears. Stepping through the code, it is executing....but isn`t visible.

Any suggestions?

SOLVED....After scratching me head for days on this...while copying my layouts to B4i i found a panel that was in Activity not in the parent panel (where the dialog was delcared). Simple silly mistake...
