Android Question (B4xPages) how to make a background screen show foreground

Hi everybody,
I have a single screen app, running a long time in background. When a service is started with StartServiceAt I need to show app again. What is the best way to do that? I'm new to B4xPages framework, so a lot to learn.

Starting from Android 10 it is a bit more difficult to show an activity while the app is in the background (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/android-jar-targetsdkversion-minsdkversion.87610/#content near the end of the first post).

Putting this aside, you need to call StartActivity(Main) to start the app and the pages.

Do you mean this:

StartActivity from a service will not work if there is no visible activity. As a workaround you can request the special "draw over apps" permission: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/draw-on-top-of-other-apps-permission.90513/
