Is there a way to change the row height of a Bx4Table?

I'm not sure but, being B4XTable based on CustomListView, you should access the specific element of the latter, in order to change its height.
(Not easy, also because the CustomListView is not the only component of B4XTable).

B4XTable.RowHeight = 100dip

Set it before you add the data.
