iOS Question Background App Refresh

Hello all,

I have been working on GPS (Runs at background + update user location to server)... if possible even when user kills the app. I would like to enable my app with 'Background App Refresh". Don't seems to find much information in this forum on regards to "Background App Refresh"... Appreciate anyone can help.
