B4J Question BananaPro and Lubuntu

Hello,

How can i run my b4j application on Lubuntu. This OS support only java 7 and earlier.

I created with Jdk 8. I am not sure b4j ll work with jdk7. What i should do ?

Any suggestion ?

Non-UI applications require Java 7+. However jServer library requires Java 8+.

Are you sure that you cannot install Java 8? The arm version is available here: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

Hello Erel,

Finally i installed java 8 runtime on Banana Pro. Thank you for help.

Unfortunately when i run my jar files i got attached error.

Application works Windows and Mac without any issue

Need help.

Is this a non-ui app?

its from B4J example three pages app.

Only non-ui projects are supported on Raspberry Pi and similar ARM based computers.
