B4J Question [BANano] [VuetifyAD3] I Help me read text file from a folder in Banano

I have a folder in my computer "C:\Temp" and have a file "test.txt" in this folder
OR i have Cloud folder "Temp" in FTP with ip, port, user name, password, and have a file "test.txt" in this folder
Could you please help me read content of test.txt to a list in the above 2 cases (after ready banano)
