Basic4android Don´t start helloword program

I can not run the program hello world program because it say this:

AndroidManifest.xml:2: error: No resource identifier found for attribute 'installLocation' in package 'android'

I cant find the file 'M:\bjects/AndroidManifest.xml'.

this happens to me all the programs that attempt to run in basic 4 android

Open Tools - Configure Paths.
Set the path to android.jar from API level 8 or above.
