Become 'Full Member' of Forum?

I joined the B4X Forums 4 or 5 months ago, but whenever I post or reply my messages show they are Awaiting approval and cannot be seen by normal users.
Between hours and a day later, my messages appear normally.

Is there some verification process or other I need to complete for my posts to be visible?
