Android Question Best way to display running time count?

I thought this would be straightforward but maybe not. I just want a stopwatch kind of timer in the form 00:00:00. What's the best way to do this?

Use a timer. Store the start time in a global Long variable.
Compare it each tick and show the result with: [B4X] Convert milliseconds to string
