Android Question Billing Library 2.0

One of my users is having troubles with their subscriptions (they are the only one).

When I went in and looked at some of my subscriptions I see the message below (I highlighted in red)

I am using the latest (I believe latest billing)

My GooglePlayBilling says v1.00

Confused about what I need to do to get to 2.0

If I go to SDK Manager and type in billing

Yes. Been using that library for some time with no problems

Now that I think of this. Maybe this is a Google Developer Display Problem "That screen is from their NEW Developer Console which says Beta on it"

Will ask them this question.
