Hello.
I am using this library for Google payments

GooglePlayBilling - In App Purchases

But even though I have entered the values correctly, I still get the error

"Error starting billing process".

Does the app have to be published in the console for testing?

I used the signature and package of the half that is published in the console.
This means that I created a new project with the signature and package of the half that is in the console.
