Bug? black screen windows on opening b4a in windows 7 ultimate

I have a windows 7 based system Dell E6410
4gb ram
intel i5 processor

but when I open B4A got only black screen, I also uninstall and reinstall it but nothing happen

but still facing this issue.
please fix this issue or give me some idea

Can you post a screenshot? Sounds like a misconfigured .Net Framework or a display driver problem.
