Android Question Blank screen

My app has a button and a label. After it is installed on my phone using B4A Bridge and run, the app title is at the top but the screen is blank. I am sure it shouldn't be doing this. What do I need to do?

Hello,
Please is the layout loaded in Activity_Create ? Or if you don't use a layout file, have you thought to add the views to the activity ?

It wasn't loaded in Activity_Create. Thank you, the book I have made no mention of that.
