iOS Question BLE turn on by app

Hello,
I'd like to know if I can turn on and how Bluetooth connectivity on IOS devices, like I do with B4A on Android with BluetoothAdmin.
I'd like to avoid to ask my user to turn Bluetooth on to begin scanning to find a BLE device.

But is there a way to ask for permission to use Bluetooth (or BLE) by my app like the camera on Barcode scanner example? This would avoid me to ask the user to close the app and do it on the phone Settings.

No permission is required to use BLE. Handle the StateChanged event and if it is POWERED_OFF then show the settings app with:

App.OpenURL("App-Prefs:")
