I'm trying to connect to a bluetooth device. The simple example "bluetooth" works fine with targetsdk=14 but, when I change to targetsdk=28 the app is not able to find any devices. I belive I have to change the manifest file but have not found the correct permissions to add. Can anyone help an this?
