Android Question Body worn camera recording app

Currently I'm using some background video recording app to record whatever is in front of me while I'm walking; the phone is placed in the shoulder strap phone holder of my backpack. The only problem I'm having is that the the video would be blurry while I'm walking although everything is okay if I stand still. Based on my research, most, if not all, existing standard camera apps would have the same problem. I'm not picky about the video quality; clear pictures are all I need.

Is it possible to create my own app using B4A to overcome the problem in question? All suggestions would be appreciated.

its blurry because wrong focus or wrong auto focus? (will need fix focus length)
some good video cameras have also a build in image stabilization and settings for a fix focus distance.
image stabilization help to make the mp4 or avi record smaller & better because only differences are saved and only each xx frame a full frame is saved. if you walk and the image is complete moved each frame the compression have a problem.
without compression you will get a big amount of data u need store somehow.
maybe play with a raspberry pi or Arduino + camera for a better solution.
