After some time, and a lot of being side-tracked, job-jacked and redirections, I've finally completed the first version of this APP. What you see in the screenshots makes it look deceptively simple - which took a bit of distillation work to arrive at this.
The HOWTO image shows the format for the ABOUT and POLICY pages. Not seen on the HOWTO page is the "Made with

bonsaiBASE INFORMATION
bonsaiBASE is a database tool for managing the work carried out on a tree-keeper's collection of trees.
The App allows the addition of details for any tree being added to the collection. Namely, Common Name, Scientific Name, how the tree came into the collection, and so on.
The usual editing and deletion of a tree record is provided for, as well as: viewing the whole list of trees.
Tree-keepers are able to manage the maintenance of each tree in the collection - namely, wiring, pruning, fertilisation, repotting, etc..
Future developments might include exporting the data to CSV File, allowing for a wider form of expanded database in a spreadsheet (and, of course, printing records which is not in the scope of this app).
