Android Question Bringing my app to the front

I think it depends on many things, but the Settings screens for e.g. allow re-parenting i.e. they will become part of your stack. This way when you press the 'back' button you go back to your activity. Most other apps maintain their own tasks so they wouldnt be part of your task if you launch them.
It will be interesting to see if you see problems launching another activity within your own app or not.
