[BUG] bookmark indicator is not where it should be

When I set a bookmark, its indicator in the scroll bar is not where it should be.

Are you sure that it is not an indicator of a different bookmark?

The indicators of visible items are always hidden by the scrollbar thumb.

I created only one bookmark in this example.
I can reproduce this bug at will.

I found what's wrong with the IDE. It's because I use regions. If I collapse them, the bookmark indicator is set where it should be if every region was expanded.

Just a reminder: this bug isn't still fixed in v2.3 and it's very annoying because the bookmarks are unusable.
