bug: designer does not catch changes from emulator

Hey there,

The designer does not recognize changes, resizing in this case, i make on the emulator. Also it does not get witch view is selectet on the emulator.

However changing values in the designer has effect on what the emulator shows.

Could it be, that the communication between B4A and emulator is blocked in one way?


The emulator has API Level 7, B4A version is 1.60

Are you sure that the emulator is connected? Try to disconnect it and connect it again.

It is connected, reconnecting dont fix it.
Communication between designer and emulator still seems to be one way.

You can try to connect to a real device instead and see if the problem is in the emulator or somewhere else.

hey,

the designer works well with a real device connected.

It is quite hard to get he views to the right size and position with my fingers ;-)
Works for the moment but it would be nice if we could fix it!

The designer should work with the emulator. I recommend you to create a new emulator instance and try it.
