Bug / Feature Lists, Prioritization, Management Tool ?

Hi Everyone,

Do you all use any kind of to do list for managing bugs/features etc ?

What would you recommend for a very entry level tool for the same ?

Some expected features to include:
Grouping (multiple entries as single task)
Classification (bug/feature/enhancement/annoyance etc..)
Prioritization
Timelines / Deadlines / Reminders
Low on resource usage / Small memory footprint

We have used https://asana.com/ for some project for a client (they used it), however like @Sandman said 'entry level' and 'expected features' together is not easy to get. It quickly becomes very time consuming to maintain. We saw it as a test case to maybe use it for our own projects, but decided it is not very practical. Now we use an inhouse written program.

https://about.gitlab.com/ was another one we tested, but same complexity.

B4XCode has some project (with source code) that would seem like a good start, but I do not know if they still sell it.

They have publically stated that they currently don't sell any products.

Here are some candidates to investigate:

@Sandman Yes you are right there. But even if we drop "entry level" from description and not "ask" there are not many choices.
@alwaysbusy Thanks for sharing. After going thru many options I guess Excel is the way to go as long as complexities are manageable and it does not require collaboration.
It will still be nice to listen from other members on how are they managing it.
