Android Question Bug in version 9.5?

After installing b4a9.5 I found that I was unable to run B4A-Bridge as it stalled on permisions for B4A Designer intallation.
When I looked into the B4A installation folder on the PC I found two apks - Designer.apk & Designer9.apk. Removing Designer9.apk and renaming Designer.apk as Designer9.apk sorted this problem out & I'm now able to install apks.
Am I right in having done this or will it lead to other complications? And what caould be the cause of this problem in my systems?

Thanks, it worked.
The earlier version installed the Designer only on a Xiaomi Android 7.1.2 and not on a Xiaomi Android 4.4.4.
This installed on both.
