BUG - Wait Time Before Allowing To Post

Not sure why but I have to wait two and a half hours before I can update my status even though it's been a month since I last posted anything? I've tried on Chrome (my default browser), IE and Firefox and all give the same error message...


Is this just a temporary glitch in the Matrix, or what did I do wrong?

Pmsl, I've had to wait 8449 seconds before I could make this post!!

There was something strange today with the time of one of your posts. It appeared to be three hours in the future.

I don't know why it happened but this it the cause of this error.

I'm not sure what it was but I regularly have that feeling of being stuck in a groundhog day
In fact this week I have no idea of what I have actually managed to achieve at work, it's been pretty hectic but very unproductive.
