I want make an application with low motion capture video.

How to activate a low motion (240 Fps) on my Samsung S8+ .

Library existe or impossible with B4A ?

You can capture video with Camera2 library. You can also extend it and access all the available parameters. I haven't tried it with high FPS cameras.
