can i connect b4a-bridge with usb

can i connect to b4a-bridge with usb connection? or i must connect it with tethering it? or there are other option for me?

If your device supports USB debugging then you can connect it and do not need B4A-Bridge.

Without USB debugging you will need to use B4A-Bridge over a local network (tethering is not required).
