Android Question Can I just add an SDK jar to my libraries folder?

Say there is third party software with an SDK for Android can I just find the jar in the SDK and add it to the b4a libraries folder and start calling the functions?

I read things on this forum that a b4a library or wrap has to be written first before you can use an SDK, is this correct?
