Android Question can i save a file To device that cant be deleted after uninstall ?

i am trying to store a Guid in file and save it To a device. i used dirinternal but the thing is this file can be deleted if the app uninstalled

can i keep the file even if the app uninstalled ?

Where to store files that can survive after the App is un-installed

I think I read that File.DirRootExternal should no longer be used. I have some files (id numbers etc.) that I would like stored somewhere other than the App directory so that they can survive an App being un-installed and re-installed. Please advise

Android 11 (Api 30) have some storage restrictions. You can read FAQ here.

The thing is the app is not targeting a new android versions only it may be used from older Android versions which i need to make a single solution

It's a bit more work, but you could allow your app to store file(s) into the user's google drive account that would stay there after the app is uninstalled.
