Android Question can we select a frame from a video as thumb? from a video using SimpleMediaManager (SMM) ?

due to the nature of many videos, at the beginning they show a black screen, how we can set the thumb of the video on a frame that is 5 seconds of the video? is it possible?

Guess no. SMM is not a Videoeditor.
Guess you need to add the preview-image to the Video in beforehand (not with SMM) and then Play the edited video.

It cannot be done automatically but SMM does allow you to set an image while the resource is loading.
