Wish Cancel compilation during compile

My project is very big and takes a good 30 seconds or more to compile.

Very often, I will click the compile button to compile and at that very instant I release the button, I'll remember something I need to change.

During a compile the IDE is locked and I'm left staring helplessly at the screen hoping that I will be granted control again so that I may make my amendments and compile again.

Haha, sometimes I get into a loop of compile, think of a change and change!

Can I have a cancel button?

Note that you can use Alt + 3 (background compilation) to compile your project. This way the IDE will not be locked.
